we have opening in Telecom industry for Sales trainer
Eligibility criteria:
· Candidate must be minimum a graduate with 8-9 years of experience in Sales Training (Prepaid/postpaid)
· Candidates from Telecom Industry and Training background will be given preference.
· Must have at least 4+ years of overall experience.
· Must have at least 2 years of experience in Telecom Sales training.
· Must have the understanding of postpaid products or broadband or ILL(internet lease line).
· Should have understanding of enterprise sales/ enterprise business.
· Sales experience is MUST and should have done OJT's.
Key Responsibilities:
· Prepare Training Calendars/PJP and get business sign offs
· Conduct Product & Sales training as well as Audit sessions in the assigned zone
· Ensure highest quality of training is delivered
· Conduct new employee induction through NHIP program
· Conduct in-depth evaluation of the impact of the training programs
· Provide feedback to trainees, support & coach them and share their feedback with the line managers
· Attend zonal reviews and present reports
· Ensure 100% compliance in preparation of reports and other internal processes
