Key Responsibilities: · Prepare Training Calendars/PJP and get business sign offs · Conduct Product & Sales training as well as Audit sessions in the assigned zone · Ensure highest quality of training is delivered · Conduct new employee induction through NHIP program · Conduct in-depth evaluation of the impact of the training programs · Provide feedback to trainees, support & coach them and share their feedback with the line managers · Attend zonal reviews and present reports · Ensure 100% compliance in preparation of reports and other internal processes
