to perform investigation of OOS,OOC,OOT deviation & laboratory incident to identify root cause & to initiate CAPA whenever required.
-to ensure timely completion of the actions for the impacts identified in the Q-Forms (CCF,CAPA, Deviation, investigations)
- to follow & ensure Good laboratories Practices.
